Vote Shifting

In South Africa,we knew that  Voters relied
heavily on ANC then as President  Mbeki
said the ANC was hijacked by "imigodoyi"
meaning the Wandering  Dogs.

What  destroyed the ANC?
The Service Delivery was poorly administered.
During Mandela Civil Laws.Civil Servants
Jobs  were secured.
During Mbeki era:
1.Civil Servants did not get increment  for
10 years but they got 1% IQMS after 8 years.
2.The Salaries were  negotiated but with no tangible results but ended with 1% and
no increment with  Bonus when you earn
Qualifications  no top up of salary like before.
3.The Comrades  were appointed in Strategic  Positions.

During Zuma Era
1.Civil Servants got increment.
2.Level of Corruption grew taking the Advantage of Zuma cordial approach.
3.There  was  Development like N4
Universities  at North Cape,Mpumalanga
Mbombela stadium.

During  the First  Term of Ramaphosa
1.Civil servants got 1%.Some 0% increase.
2.There were no plans for jobs in Government  the Teachers,Nurses,Social
Workers and the Medical Doctors were 
limited.With Teachers,Teacher Assistants
and EPWP.The President said the funds
were channeled to COVID.
If it was a Political move,it did not work
because   the ANC got 40%.If it was  a correct movement  then the ANC should have got 80%

Why some of us will not survive in other countries

We are experiencing  Dictators allover the world.The UN is clouded by the Dictators who rely on their Big Guns,Big Bombs and arrogant  minds.It reminds me of the small dog which alerts  the Big Dog  that there's something which is strangely seen.
